As this sale directly supports the purchase and start-up of our coffee shop, all items sold during this 30-day promotional period are considered final and non-refundable.

Exchanges:
We are happy to offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jennifer.ruth.33@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders:
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. We’ll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Processing & Production Timeline:
All orders placed during this special 30-day sale will be produced after the promotional period ends. This means that items are not pre-made but will be created and fulfilled once the sale closes. Production and processing will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks after the sale period ends.

Shipping Methods:
Once production is complete, all orders will be shipped using standard delivery methods via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and destination of your package. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time:

• Production + processing: 4–6 weeks after the sale closes

• Shipping transit time: 5–7 business days (domestic)

• International shipping times may vary based on location and customs.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. You will see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.

As this is a made-to-order fundraising event, please understand that immediate shipping is not available. Each product is custom-made after the campaign concludes to ensure quality and reduce overproduction.
